Belasco wrote the book because this is his field-hes a professor of management at San Diego State University; a speaker and best-selling author and he was the founder and CEO of a "global software and service firm" that he guided to a "100 percent compounded average, annual ten-year growth rate, and 30 percent net-after-tax margins" (James A.
