the challenge will be with the way that the information and fact gathering is organized to ensure full collection, and the ability to transfer information into knowledge that can be
applied in practical as well as theoretical perspective and create transferable skills. Writing a series of wiki articles allows for a good overview of topics relating to agility allowed
for a strong overview and by sharing these among the team there was the ability for a much greater research spread across different related topics. In order to divide the
work between the team members it was necessary for us to do some preliminary research in order to identify the potential scope and scale the topic, in order to divide
the work in a logical manner. Without this preparatory stage there would be a high risk of research duplication and wasted effort, as well as potential disagreement within the team
regarding which articles would then be used. During the preparatory research it became very apparent that this is a very broad subject, and can cover a wide variety of subjects
when applied to the creation of agility within an organization. An agile organization is one that is able to easily adapt and change in a meaningful fashion, this allows an
organization to respond rapidly where the suspect, as well as to take advantage of opportunities, especially where a rapid response is required, which limits the number of companies may just
take advantage of short-term opportunities (Mintzberg et al., 2008). When applying this to the commercial environment it becomes apparent that to create this type of organization it is necessary to
