a framework against which personal development can be planned by listing the typical characteristics and skills set seen in an entrepreneur. The first characteristic is independence and self confidence,
with an ability to take the initiative. In order to even consider a career there must be a degree of self confidence. However, to have a high level of self
confidence this should be based on solid knowledge and results rather than simply ego. This can be seen as a characteristic where there is some. There is certainly a willingness
to act on conviction, but the confidence is also tempered with some knowledge of personal constraints. The decisive issue is one where there is a higher rating, sometimes decision
may be made too quickly, without a need for in-depth analysis. Gut feeling play and role, which make this score high, along with the willingness to accept that bad decision
may be made in this manner. The need to achieve also results in a high score. A major driving force has been a competitive nature and a desire to achieve
for the sake of feeling successful so this also gains a high score. This has been seen in school and collage in the desire to gain good results as well
as in sporting activities. The aspect of vision is more difficult, the entrepreneurial process requires a specific vision related to an idea. The ability to create a vision and
win others over has a moderate score, as this has already been seen in teamwork exercises, but the big idea for a business venture has yet to be fully developed.
