are not real estate experts that they hire property managers, real estate attorneys and other personnel. Sometimes, they take investment advice from the "experts." Ross (2005) writes about Donald Trumps
real estate investment strategies. Obviously, Trump is the primer real estate investor. However, real estate is not always glamorous and flipping houses is sometimes more than a person bargained for.
Therefore, there are experts in the field of real estate to help people purchase, sell and manage their real property. There are many different types of jobs available in the
field of real estate. Someone working as a commercial property manager might his or her job. After all, it is a management position with a bit of prestige and
can afford someone a comfortable life. At least, such an individual will be able to live a middle class existence and perhaps raise a family. Likely, his or her spouse
will also be working and the family can do quite well. Of course, the hours can be difficult and as a property manager, one is often "on call" so it
impedes on ones free time. The commercial property manager job is not a glamorous position by any means but it is a respectable occupation. It also "sounds important" but often
does not command a very large salary. Someone interested in real estate in general, and has been a property manager could easily decide that they want more out of life.
