promote the positive aspects of the company. As its not certain what, exactly, is being publicized, what will follow is a general outline and plan that will incorporate the use
of various PR tools. What, exactly, is public relations? Most people consider public relations to involve media, in other words, getting a
company or organizational name in a newspaper or magazine. While its true that media relations is an important part of an overall public relations campaign, its only a small part.
An overall PR campaign must communicate the goals and missions of an organization to the public, or a target audience. This can be done through many ways -- and newspapers
and magazines are just two ways. In this report, well examine how the organization can use corporate newsletters, direct mail, a spokesperson and an open house to execute a successful
public relations campaign. A public relations campaign is successful if it is an ongoing plan to ensure that an organization or corporation presents a strong image to the public.
