and familiarity with such beliefs can certainly help the social worker become more effective when it comes to work. Therefore, what we
are looking for in this particular project is whether or not the life experiences of social worker students provide ample opportunity for interaction with people and groups who might have
different religious and spiritual beliefs. Furthermore, given specific spiritual and religious beliefs of the students, the question arises in terms of the types of ethical dilemmas they might encounter
in practice with clients. Strength and Weaknesses of the Project The fact that this project is even being undertaken is a good
sign. Its always important to know the background of social worker students to enable a better understanding of other cultures and how they behave in the given situation.
In writing this paper, it can be assumed that theres not much literature dealing with social worker students and their interaction with clients
will might have a different religious or belief perspective. Its likely that this is probably the first paper of its type, including research among social worker students.
Having said that however, being the first, there are definitely limitations to such a project. First of all, it has been assumed that
