sense the Onset Ventures model is one appropriate to SE Asia. It seeks high-tech investments, and it seeks to fill a promoter role though it does not ignore the
trustee role. Onset seeks out companies involved in true innovation and holding the ability to implement those innovations. This approach is a common one in SE Asia, so
the Onset model fits well with business models common in SE Asia. Also, the Onset model requires that investors have some voice in
how their investment company operates, but it generally leaves operation to the companys managers and chooses instead a promoter role. From this vantage, Onset can help to channel business
in the direction of the companies in which it invests, increasing the likelihood of attractive return on its investments. Onsets management believes investment objects management to be sound from
