granting the survey respondents anonymity. The sample is representative of the underlying workforce and finds that despite some areas that could be improved there not a negative culture. The
main area lacking appears to be the support shown by middle management and the interaction that creates social commitment in the culture. One of the main elements of this failure
is limited to the management communication skills which could benefit from improvement. Other issues identified include a bias towards promoting male employees and a good team spirit between peers.
