fact, there are hundreds of tests. Tests may assess general aptitude, cognitive ability, intelligence, and personality (Basu, 2012). Cognitive ability tests measure the ability to learn quickly, logic, reasoning, problem
solving, reading comprehension, aptitude, and, in general, the persons mental abilities. This includes verbal and mathematical reasoning. It could also measure perceptual abilities (Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, 2012).
