at totally different positions for their recommendations in regards to PSA screening. Even within countries, opinions differ. The US Preventive Services Task Force is opposed to PSA screening, but the
American Urological Association recommends it for all men over 50 and the American College of Preventive Medicine feels that men should be informed of the test so that they can
