message to the target markets (Kotler, 2003). The project has the aim of providing the information needed to inform and train the sales force which is managed through Winsomes
sister company and prepare the launch marketing. This project is limited to only the sales and marketing preparations, ongoing sales support and marketing will be dealt with separately, as will
other issues such as the distribution plans. The department will produce a training program for the sales force, this will include the creation of supporting literature which can be
used by the sales force, managers and sales representatives, as supplementary material to prepare for the launch. The training will be delivered in a series of half day meetings or
seminars, which could be scheduled alongside other meetings in order to maximize resources. The sales force will be introduced to the produce, shown what it does, and how it satisfies
the needs of the target market in a manner better than other products on the market. As well as an identification of the product the presentation will deal with the
way the product can be presented to the buyers, helping identify tactics which will be useful in introducing the product overcoming objections. The materials made available will include full product
details and specifications, copies of the merchandising literature as well as copies of the sales tips and all information required to make the sales, including order forms and materials collected
