ii. Looking at this there are two potential issues. The first is that the software is on order, we are told if this is competed, which may be holding up
the coding. However we are also told that the external software company are saying there are no delays, so we will assume that the order has been placed with an
external supplier. if this it the case the order can be turned to green and this is on track. The main issue Is the furniture design, this is running a
day late, even if it is only a day late this can have a knock on effect. iii. If this is marked on the Gantt chart it would mean
taking the furniture all back by another day, this would also impact on the hardware (section 2) as this is needed for the activities in week five to commence so
these maybe delayed by a day. The student would need to move along the events that it feeds into in the same and the hardware section by a day.
iv. This will not impact on the finish date of the project as there is some leeway. v. The point at which this could becomes a problem is of
