Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Communications Plan The director of Acmes Community Services department will serve as project manager and leader of
the project team. As such, this director will act as a gateway for all communications regarding the project, from any and all sources and regardless of the direction that
information is flowing. All project contact will involve this director and at times the installation and testing contractor. Discussed further in the
Budget section, Dell will provide a system design based on the information provided by the hospital, project manager and project team IT specialist. Communication will be directly between Dell
and the project manager during this phase of the project. As both the project manager and the portion of management associated with the
project, this hospital director personally will oversee the progress of the project; report to senior management; and ensure that identified milestones are met on schedule. Project Timeline
As scheduled, the project will begin on June 27, 2006 and end on August 10, 2006, for a duration of five weeks. No more than
three full weeks should be required for completion of the project; additional time has been built into the schedule for the purpose of mitigating delay risk.
