collage course. There will be existing strengths that the student has, it is likely that the student will want to build on these strengths and undertake some experience that will
allow these strengths to develop. In addition to this the may also be the desire to increased development of weak areas. For example, the project undertaken may be in a
target industry, but this is not as important a the skills and experience that will be provided. For example, the student may have preferred a project that involved renewal
