prices of individual securities and it will be able to calculate the value of the clients portfolio. Initially, the system will not have the capacity for clients to trade.
One of the three employees views the project as interfering with his relationships with clients. Many clients call just to check the value of their investments and/or to ask advice
about buying or selling. The brokers use this opportunity to develop stronger relationships with each client and in fact, each broker keeps a file with notes about the client and
family so they can be more personal during these interactions. Another issue is installing a system that will work smoothly. The broker does not want any problems that could irritate
clients. The system must be flawless, efficient and effective. To accomplish this goal, the broker-owner has contracted with an IT project agency that has experience in the financial sector. The
budget for the project is $200,000. The preferred timeline is six months. The following Gantt Chart displays what to do and when to do it. The first activity, which
