using the program. The screens are too small to read so one can only get a vague idea of what is actually on that page. This is the first error
with the companys promotion of this product. If the company wants users to gain an appreciation for what each of these links really link to, they should provide at least
a half-page screen to view. Immediately, this reviewer is not impressed because the company is not providing a good preview of the program. The "Project Management" screen shows a nine-column
page that would reflect name, activity and timelines with the final column indicating the task is completed. The Task Management page is another multicolumn page but it is too small
to determine exactly what is there. The same is true for the Resource Building and Report Generation screen. The Email notification page is a form that is intended to automatically
e-mail tasks to different team members and the Document Sharing page is a list of persons notified and what they were notified of. It would seem any member of the
team has access to any of these pages, in fact, team members may upload reports to share with other team members or only to the project manager. The program is
touted as a digital solution to one of the major problems with projects, that of ongoing and clear communication between the project manager and team members and among team members.
