voluntary or non profit making organization, such as a church, there are different pressures; profit issues may not be present, but the ability to effectively use resources to meet the
organizational goals are still present and it is much more likely that a stakeholder approach is adopted to meet the diverse goals of those stakeholders (Chyssides and Kaler, 1999).
In a non profit making organization it may be argued that there are sparse or less secure resources and reliance on donation
rather than regular revenues processes are important. Looking at a church and three areas where processes may be found to be important; finance management, human resource management and IT processes.
