the technology easy to use. It should take the customer only thirty to forty seconds to catch on to the idea of how to use a system in order
for them to feel confident enough to actually try it. It is important for the student to remember that the competition factor is always a considerable one when a new
idea is in the works, so various incentives and perks will have to be offered in order for an Internet e-tailer to effectively attract the target markets to their web
site. Internet specials should become part of the regular enticement to get people to step into the online store and opt for that company over the nearest competitor.
Customer loyalty is a difficult entity to maintain if there is not a constant influx of incentives to inspire that devotion, even when one is offering what is arguably the
