Problems One of the ethnic problems that has been around for some time, and does not seem to change drastically, is that which relates to the ethnic people and their
opportunities. According to fax sent by student, "they are twice as likely to be unemployed" and if they are employed they are likely to make only half of what white
Americans are paid (Fax, 2005; 194). Their children are not educated as well as white children, their death rate is twice what it is for white people, and black people
are far more likely to be in prison and far more likely to be murdered than white people (Fax, 2005;194). Despite the advances made in society, or believed advances,
