family farm to routinely is fined by the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation for its environmental abuses (Farah, 2000). And so the
issue of global warming falls into a finger-pointing contest, with each side blaming the other for its faults. None of that finger-pointing has been able to restore the polar
ice caps, however, which have begun falling apart in the manner of Humpty Dumpty falling off the wall. We cant put those back together again, either. What Is Global
