the University of Tennessee, and in 1963, he obtained a second Masters from the University of Chicago (Bio-sketch, 2006). He received his PhD from the University of Chicago in 1967
and came to Cleveland the same year, after he had worked for several years in various community centers and settlement houses in Chicago (Bio-sketch, 2006). Professor Chatterjees are of specialization
