hunger and world peace; the issue of world poverty should also be one of the major concerns. All of these considerations, environmental, economic, hunger, peace and poverty are intertwined.
Advances in any one of these issues should contribute to the advancement of the others. People who are categorized by race, ability and/or social status may have fewer opportunities
to rise out of an impoverished state. Although educational opportunities may help to eliminate some states of poverty, it is not enough. Justification of Thesis The human condition when
an individual does not have the necessities of daily living is called poverty. Poverty is often equated with need, hardship and lack of resources. When most people think of
poverty they envision people without proper food, clothing or shelter. They envision people without jobs and no resources for improving their current status. Poverty includes the deprivation of essential goods
and services, multiple lack of goods and services, and cyclic patterns of reoccurring deprivation. Many other factors contribute to poverty. Economic circumstances, such as lack of monetary wealth or
other capital, or lack of natural resources are associated with causes for poverty. There are also social implications when a person considers the issue of poverty. Social relationships which
would include social exclusion, social dependency, and the ability to live a normal life according to societys standards, are also factor of poverty. Poverty can be attributed to individual behavior
or individual choices. Poverty can also be the result of social factors, such as unequal income distribution, geographic differences, education and skills. Poverty is also sometimes based on
discrimination - age discrimination, gender discrimination, and racial discrimination. Poverty can be considered to be cyclic. In that poverty can be a part of the common patterns of life
