some people have additional bone mass as well, something which helps improve physical strength. We all know of an individual who is essentially very weak, even though they may be
the same physical size as another. And, we have all seen those men who are simply enormous, proving they can life incredibly poundage. Often these men look big and strong,
but not necessarily in shape. Because of realities such as this the actual reality and condition of physical strength alludes many people. In the following paper we examine physical strength
and argue that it is something that can be changed, as well as something that involves more than mere muscle or bone mass. Physical Strength "Our bodies are
the vehicles that we drive to produce our physical movement. Of course, we as humans are much more than a moving machine....We should always remember, however, that it is the
intangible parts (the things we cant touch), more than the physical parts of ourselves that make us human" and which also give us the ability to use our physical strength
