what many people do not realize is that by staying active they are able to significantly cut down their health care costs. There is a reason why people who
are physically fit look happy and feel great, and thats because their bodies are in a better condition for aging. Everything from physical appearance, to mental state of mind, to
how susceptible to disease, and ability to be productive, is influenced by the bodys activity or lack thereof. The primary concern is to take care of the current elderly in
the health care system, in order to benefit them as much as possible. No matter what the age, it is cheaper in the long run to pay for a gym
membership (and use it) than to pay for health-related bills from doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies. Obesity The combination of poor diet and a lack of exercise is causing
an epidemic of obesity in the United States. This country is known to be the fattest in the world. By being the fattest country, it is then also the most
at risk for diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, and other chronic health problems. While healthy food does tend to be on the expensive side, exercise is free. Medical
