One of the most identifiable changes as determined by team member diversity has been in the overt modification of the primary focal point, which as been responsible for different values, assumptions and expectations. The four primary components of team learning include questioning, valuing diversity, communicating and learning review. As such, diversity is truly the key to ongoing business success as society moves into the new millennium; however, not all companies are effectively managed in such a manner that recognizes - much less encourages - the concept of multiple personalities within the team structure.
