meaning is formed. For any individual in the creation of meaning and the development of values it will be impossible to synthesis all external stimuli and take all different
perspectives into account. The concept of bounded rationality is not only seen in the way we process knowledge, but also in the way we form meanings. Norris (1992) takes an
interesting view when arguing of the impact that this bounded rationality has and the way mental models are created implying that we can become so caught up in simulated realities,
such as those presented in computer games and in the media can lead to a loss of ability to judge between what is and is not real. Where this occurs
there is then a loss of moral judgment (Norris, 1992). This is not a unique view, it is based on the work
of Jean Baudrillard, but there are also many theories that argue exposure to certain events, behaviors of beliefs for a prolonged period of time will have an impact on the
underlying morals. It can also be argued that many belief structures that are present in the world, from religions, such as Christianity, Islam and political ideas such as Marxism and
democracy also instill different morals and values, the main difference being that there are some which are generally accepted and some which are seen as marginal or wrong. In all
