the latter achieving an MBA, achieving excellent results throughout I have been able to demonstrate my commitment to learning and study and my ability to apply that learning in a
practical manner to archive the desired educational goals. The academic skills have also been aided with practical business experience, extracurricular activities and voluntary work. Throughout my studies I have
undertaken either paid or unpaid work to supplement my income and increase work experience. During this time I have experiences a wide variety of situations that have increasing understanding. An
early job involved working at a well known fast food chain; the job, which was initially taken on as a way of supplementing income while an undergraduate exposed me to
a number of different situation where it was possible to see the theories that were learnt in class in operation. This was particularly pertinent to the study of operational process
and motivational theory. Seeing these applications and their relevance at first hand inspired me optimise all learning opportunities within the business environment. During the time there I learned and became
involved with tasks such as inventory management and employee scheduling and had opportunity to practice lessons learn in calls with the way I performed by task. The workplace experiences also
prepared me for latter learning with observations later applied to learning. While this was only designed to be a temporary job I received several promotions while with this employer which
resulted in attaining the position of shift manager, which was significantly aided by the application of theories learned in the human resources classes, especially motivational theories, such as Maslow, Herzberg,
