As this demographic fact is the most predominant within the evolving health care industry, I recognize that my role as a health administrator will largely involve the challenges associated
with meeting this challenge and providing health care services for the elderly, as well as the rest of culturally, ethnically and racially varied population. Meeting the goals of care during
