organized, motivated and determined the opportunity presented by a HND course may be argued as potentially highly valuable. In undertaking a HND course there is a highly structured learning course,
which will have the ability to provide knowledge and a learning opportunity for the student. Attending the course and making the most of the opportunity will involve more than simply
turning up at classes, listening and completing coursework. The high level of input from students in the course the greater the potential benefit to themselves. A structured learning course provides
a number of different opportunities to enhance knowledge beyond the basic level expected of the course. Lectures and taught classes are starting point, but most will provide guidance on where
to extend knowledge further. For example, advice on further reading and book lists is usually provided to students who interested in extending the learning. It would be unrealistic to set
a target pursuing every further reading lists in order to extend knowledge. Therefore, the strategy will be to take further reading opportunities in areas that are most aligned with personal
