successful personal development plans are created with an understanding of the skills needed in order to achieve successful development. We can argue
that there are three areas of personal development that need to be considered in personal to them planning; time management, learning style and performance in seminars. These are all areas
where there is the potential to increase and enhance personal development. Time management Careful and effective management of time will enable an individual to get more done and utilised
time they have to their own advantage. As a skill time management has been directly correlated with student performance. Britton and Tesser (1991) and took research investigating the relationship between
time management skills and college grade point average is. The help of sliced that grade point average would be predictable when compared to time management skills.
The research they undertook looked at 90 college students who were given a time management questionnaire. Four years after the questionnaires were completed the researchers assessed
very achievement by looking at their grade point average, they found a positive correlation between time management and grade point average and it was found that time management was a
better predictor of grade averages than the scholastic aptitude test (Britton and Tesser, 1991). This indicates the importance of time management, and the way that it can be correlated with
