To aid in this process, Keller and Powlison (1993) offer a questionnaire designed for use as a diagnostic tool to aid pastors in determining where their own spiritual growth is lacking The student researching this topic asks for summary of objectives for personal growth in spiritual maturity and proficiency in ministry. The answers to the Keller/ Powlison (1993) questionnaire are necessarily quite personal. This writer/tutor cannot provide these answers. All I can do is examine my own soul and write from personal experience. The student can use this as one possible way of responding to the questions, but will -- of course -- have to provide personal responses that relate to his/her own experiences when creating an original paper. Furthermore, the student should note that these comments are abbreviated because of the limited length of this paper. Humility : I have never had any problems with acknowledging my limitations.
