the combined effort that give the team value. To consider how any employee should contribute and participate in a ream we need to look at what makes teams successful.
To be successful a team needs to meat its goals. For example, the use of project teams is a tool that empirical evidence indicates
reduces the lead time for the development of a project (Flemming and Koppleman, 1996). This is a commitment that need to be made by a company, and although often there
is a clear understanding of the concept, and how this type of team may shorten this lead time, there is often an unwillingness to follow this course of action and
commit the necessary resources to it development (Flemming and Koppleman, 1996). Not all teams will be successful, and it has been noted that Tom Peters has
laid down some rules he believes need to be followed in order for teams to be successful; There need to be clear goals for the team. We all know the
