unsolvable, or appear to be so, because constant barriers crop up when it comes to their resolution. Some of the difficulties in solving problems are:
Lack of resources. Many times, problems remain unsolved because there isnt enough money, resources, tools, etc., to solve them. Many companies, for example, cant implement programs
that can help get them out of a rut because they simply dont have the funds to do so. A company wanting to expand, for example, may not be able
to do so because of lack of sales, leading to lack of revenue, which leads to lack of resources (or justification) for expansion.
Lack of team unity. Many times, team members who are at odds with one another can be a sure way to come up with viable problem-solving solutions. If
a team cant get together on the issues that require work, and methods when it comes to solving them, this is a huge obstacle. A lack of team unity can
be directly attributed to little or no leadership. Teams, by their very nature, are difficult and contentious. Very rarely are members on the same page. Its up to the team
leader to get everyone on that same page, and everyone working in the same direction, so as to solve problems.
Lack of a goal or vision. If there is no goal, theres no reason to solve a problem. Taking our example above of expansion, the goal here is to expand.
