line, of many companies. In the past, before being referred to as outsourcing this was something that many believed was nothing more than taking big business overseas where labor and
parts were cheaper. It was seen when many automobile manufacturers took much of their construction outside the nation where labor was cheaper, thus ensuring that many American workers were without
jobs. Now it is called outsourcing, which seems to do nothing more than present the public with a term that seems businesslike and simple, as though it were a simple
procedure that, for example, involved hiring someone outside the construction company to make curtains for a new home. In truth it is a very complex reality that is ultimately taking
many jobs away from Americans. While in the past it was big companies and large industries that built things which went overseas, today it is everything from customer representatives to
materials in an information technology industry. The following paper examines outsourcing and illustrates how it is not doing Americans any good, arguing that outsourcing should not be used to the
extent it is today. Outsourcing As noted, in the past the outsourcing has been through major corporations and industries that
essentially made big ticket items like cars. But, today the outsourcing is going to incredible extremes and outsourcing means essentially hiring technology services, personnel, advisors, software creators, and any individual
or small company with a special skill. While many may arguing, and arguing righteously and with truth, that some of this is due to the lack of real talent in
the United States that is coming out of the educational institutions, if something is not done it seems that the United States will become nothing more than a stopping ground
