Participants The participants in this research project will be banking customers from a specific range of ages. They will be selected using random selection processes from a research panel that is provided by the researcher. Ethical concerns are met by ensuring the anonymity of respondents; not even researchers will know which responses come from which source, only that the source was real and credible. Research Method and Design The method used in this research project is the administration of a survey. This is justified because to answer the research question, new data is needed in the form of customer satisfaction metrics, and corresponding demographic information.
