Essay / Research Paper Abstract
An 11 page paper discussing an IT project designed to create and implement an ecommerce application, with emphasis on risk management. The purpose here is to develop an approach to a proposed IT project, addressing scheduling needs, management of the risk involved in the project and discussing the personnel that will be needed to form the project team. The nature of risk management is that it seeks to identify all known possible risks, and then effectively deal with problems that arise during the course of the project. Specifically identifying all desired project ends at the outset reduces project risk, as does paying close attention to those selected for the core project team. Includes Gantt and PERT charts. Bibliography lists 14 sources.

quantity pricing in either product materials or packaging production. If the product is as successful as anticipated and is placed into full production, then unit costs of these items
will be reduced. Of course the design and development phases will take the same course as a full development project, but we anticipate
