This 30 page paper has three major sections. Change Management identifies and discusses forces that drive change, anticipating change, resistance and overcoming resistance. Understanding the Organization Through Three Lenses first discusses some of the many different factors in the internal and external environments. The essay then provides a comprehensive description of three perspectives or lenses that can be used to analyze an organization: strategic design, political and cultural. Security Management Curriculum for Managers discusses some of the many diverse issues in security management and narrows this research to an introduction to information/data security management for managers. inadequate attention to these less tangible drivers (culture, leader and employee behavior, and leader and employee mindset)" (Anderson and Anderson, 2002). For that reason, this essay will describe these three
plus environmental forces. 1. Cultural Imperatives. This has to do with the corporate culture, the norms by which people work and relate to each other. Some managers do not seem
to realize that as other forces impact the business of the company, it is necessary for the internal culture to change, also. The culture must be one that supports and
