it may be maximised or leveraged. Organizational development can be very useful in providing a model framework for finding and supporting the aspects of change, at the same time are
also going to be limitations and constraints in the way that organizational development theories can promote change and account for issues such as resistance and the capacity for change. By
examining the concept of organizational development it is possible to ascertain its usefulness in promoting and developing change and helping to understand the way capacity for change can be viewed
