competitive advantage through as efficient an expenditure of resources as possible. For this reason, the most competitive organizations are those which leverage existing resources towards the most effective use possible,
deriving the most advantage from those resources which already exist. Chief among such resources is, of course, the people who make up each organization. Through affecting changes to leadership in
an organization, that organization can spark an overall organizational change which can lead to a dramatic increase in creativity and innovation, and also derive more values from existing employees through
the cultural inculcation of leadership qualities and autonomous thinking by transformational leaderships. However, great leaders and productive followers do not happen by accident. Rather, an organization must establish the fundamental
framework from which such assets can naturally arise. This entails the establishment and cultivation of an organizational culture, stemming from the core values of the organization, and facilitating the adoption
of strategies and policies that are in keeping with those values and effect the successful achievement of organizational goals. In short, having a functional organizational culture is viewed as the
fundamental component necessary to achieve and sustain a competitive advantage in todays markets. This paper will explore the various dimensions and aspects of organizational culture, as well as some of
