Boden's attributes and past experience speaks for ability to enact organizational change in a positive, effective manner while working toward making the transition as unproblematic and straightforward as possible. Along with Boden is VP of Marketing, RJ Patel, whose equally first-rate expertise will establish a strong duo focused upon organizational improvements. One of the greatest challenges they face is getting the employee base to share their vision of how the company and workers alike will benefit from this forward-moving objective, inasmuch as today's companies must direct their collective attention toward building relationships and embarking upon new innovative ideas while at the same time upholding the organization's integrity.
