ends, this paper will examine the importance of ontological and epistemological frameworks in leadership. The effects of these frameworks and inherent personal biases on leadership style, communication, and the formation
of beliefs will be explored, as well as a brief examination of how these principles can be expressed by the leader within a psycho-social context. In this paragraph, the
student is helped to examine what exactly ontological and epistemological frameworks are, and how they influence leadership positively and negatively. An ontological framework refers to the sum totality of a
