would be an assortment of natural attractions and man-made attractions to keep residents content in their free time and to attract visitors from far and wide who, in themselves, would
add interest and income to the city. The ideal city is also a place where people respect one another for who they are and there are no tremendous chasms
between the richest residents and the poorest. Healthcare and educational institutions would be top of the line and the government would truly be a government of the people by
the people, a government whose interest lay in helping its residents rather than in lining its own pockets or those of a select few or domineering simply for the sake
of domineering. The ideal city is a place where there are no disagreements, there is no racism or sexism, no hatred,
and no envy. In an ideal city the climate is mild and the geography diverse. The ideal city would include easy access to the mountains and the seashore
alike. It would have plenty of flat ground for easy walking but just enough rolling hills to keep things interesting. The ideal city is a place that we
all dream about but a place that few of us have found. The purpose of this paper is to review one city, Omaha Nebraska, and to sum it up
