universe just happen as a random chance occurrence - is the "Big-Bang" theory all there is to it? The purpose of this paper is to use various sources written about
the topic in order to attempt to answer this all-important question regarding the origins of the universe. According to brilliant scientist Stephen
Hawking, the origins of the universe always has been and continues to be a chicken-and-egg question (Hawking, 2002). In a nutshell, notes Hawking, what agency created the universe (Hawking, 2002)?
By the same token, what created that agency (Hawking, 2002)? Hawking notes that ". . . in the last few years, it has emerged that the Laws of Science
may hold even at the beginning of the universe. In that case, the universe could be self contained and determined completely by the Laws of Science" (Hawking, 2002).
Yet Christians who rigidly follow the Bible believe just the opposite of what Hawking says; that science has nothing to do with
creation. God created the universe in six days and rested on the seventh, and that is that. But this antipathy is nothing
