their college studies. Suzie is the youngest and will finish her studies in six months. Their parents purchased the apartment for them. They were raised as church-going people and on
their own, live a quiet life. Suzie, however, can be influenced by charming young men. Dan has an apartment in the same block and has six months left on
his lease. He is a party person and alcohol flows at his parties. The parties are loud, which disturbs the siblings ability to study. Further, Ben and Suzie have been
influenced by Dans bad behaviors. Dan has a girlfriend, Stephanie, who has been very rude to Joe. Joe has complained to the landlord a number of times to no
avail. The landlord will not do anything to stop Dans loud and alcoholic parties. The parties have only become louder following Joes complaints. Having been raised with good morals and
clean living, Ben and Suzie seem to have become impressed in some way with Dans behaviors and with Stephanies rude behaviors. This is affecting them as people and is extremely
detrimental to their studies. It is easy to children who have been raised strictly in a good moral home to be enticed by behaviors they were never allowed to be
