This is something that the country of Norway is facing. For most of this nations history, it has been considered the Scandinavian stepchild and
because of that, has typically boasted a unique culture and identity. What we will attempt to do in this paper is analyze the Norwegian identity/culture, uses some cultural theories
to determine what type of culture Norwegians have and finally, we will examine the Norwegian culture against the background of an ethical dilemma.
The dilemma in question involves the acceptability of providing medical assistance to help Norway resist a potential bio terrorist attack or disease. We will determine the acceptability of
