But given these similarities, why is Israel always in conflict with Egypt? Why is Israel in conflict with other Middle Eastern nations as well? It would seem that given
the bond these nations share, they would be banding together instead of tearing one another apart. The truth is, the cultures between
the Arab world and Israel contain more differences than similarities, which is why experts point out that negotiations between Israel and other Middle Eastern nations tends to yield very little
in the way of progress. It isnt so much the terms of the negotiations, as much as it is the cultural dichotomies and differences that keep Israel and the Middle
East separate and hostile to one another. In this paper, well examine Hofstedes cultural dimensions and note how these apply to Israel
and her Middle Eastern neighbors. Well then embark on a literature review to determine the main differences between the nations - and if anything can be done to improve any
