they are certainly within arms reach of most professionals. For the MLQ, the student scored 9 for Factor 1 (Idealized Influence), 8 for Factor 2 (Inspirational motivation), 5 for factor
3 (Intellectual stimulation), 8 for factor 4 (Individualized consideration), 6 for factor 5 (Contingent reward), 10 for factor 6 (Management by exception), and 4 for factor 7 (Laissez faire leadership).
High ranged scoring (9-12) are found for Factors 1 and factor 6. The moderate range 5-8 is associated with Factors 2, 4, and 5. Factor 7 received a low grade.
