months. The team of 7 members have undertaken the project which starts with an initial meeting wit the customer to gather the information for the motorbike that needs to be
made through the manufacturer and testing to the final payment collection and delivery of the bike to the customer. The project started ion the 1st of March 2006 and
progress was set out and monitored in Microsoft Project and started with the meeting of Amit, Rory and Vijay. The main deliverable on the project was the motorcycle that was
to be fabricated in line with the customers own specification. In addition to the bike there will also be the presentation of the Bill of Materials, the Assembly Instructions and
the project plan along with other specifications along with a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation. Looking at the project priorities the main priority is meeting the customer needs which leads to
a project priority of increasing the scope so that all the needs may be met. There is a set budget so the financing is the major constraint and the project
has a set time periods within which it needs to be made, but this can be worked with in the way the project is planed so this is an aspect
of the project that needs to be accepted. The project unfolded with the allocation of the different team members being over allocated in terms of time; specifically , Kevin,
Sandy, Michael, Simrat. This meant that at most stages, especially the development and fabrications stages with the over allocation of labour the project so moved ahead of the target. This
