a model paper which will give the student ideas on which to further explore the topic assigned. INDUSTRIAL POLLUTION The question of whether it is fair to bring criminal
charges against corporations and executives for industrial pollution is an easy one to answer. It is very correct, both morally and ethically, to bring harsh penalties on those who
would foul our land and waterways knowingly with their toxic waste. For the most part, toxic waste is the outgrowth of large corporations that manufacture products that, in turn, produce
toxic by-products. Heads of corporations understand the impact such deadly waste has upon the environment; it is their duty to see to it that nothing their company manufactures produces
a toxic substance. When corporations repeatedly break the rules regarding environmental protection, it says in a very loud voice that they care more about their bottom line than about
preserving the planets future. By continuously spewing forth the various poisonous gases and liquid waste into the environment, the land is quickly becoming uninhabitable for both humans and animals.
