should enhance, simplify, and revolutionize the manner in which it does business. Montgomery Mutual Insurance Company hopes that they can develop and implement a plan to bring all facets of
their insurance business to a point when everything can be done without the use of paper - even for back up files. The implementation of a paperless system for
policies - both personal and commercial - claims handling, billing and all other insurance processes would be most beneficial to the company and would enhance their competitiveness in the insurance
field. In addition to development of the paperless systems, it will be important to obtain the cooperation of the employees to ease the process of implementation. Strategic planning and sustainable
